Customized Planner Design
Based on my own personal bullet journalling system, I worked with the client to create a balanced planner for all aspects of their life, including custom designed icons.

Wellness & Lifestyle Tools

Each day, I track my activities. Each task within the spheres is counted as 1 point. The scores for each sphere are added up and divided by the number of spheres (5 for my personal system, in which I consider future extra). The resulting number is the day's score, which can be used to track energy levels and emotional trends over time, and to plan for the following day.
Daily, Monthly, & Yearly Energy and Goal Tracking
As part of my daily bullet journal I created a system for organizing activities into Life Spheres: Body, Mind, Work, Art, Social, & Future. Based on gamification and the Hierarchy of Needs, the system is both a motivation and energy tracking tool, specifically designed for the neuro-divergent and chronically ill community, but customizable for any individual.

I use Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Spheres to set plan and set goals

Additionally, I use mood tracking to provide additional context to trends, such a low score day on a chosen rest day, versus a symptom flare.
The templates are available for you to download and use, and they can be edited using any text+Image software, such as Canva, Goodnotes, or procreate.

I categorized the types of overstimulation I experience into Mental, Physical, Social, Emotional, & Spiritual.
The boiler system is meant to be used as a reference tool for when possible to identify overstimulation and strategies that can help prevent it from getting worse. It can also be used to help explain your needs to others.
Meltdown & Shutdown Boiler System
The boiler system is for identifying and tracking overstimulation to help reduce the frequency and impact of autistic meltdown and shutdown.

The different levels relate to the amount and kind of activities I am able to perform consistently, for instance if I am only completing tasks in my body, mind, and work life spheres, and my daily score was consistently 3, I would be near burnout.
The Fuse System
The Fuse system is tied into the boiler system above, as well as the life spheres. The scores for each day, calculated by tracking my activities, relate over time to how many fuses I have, and what functioning level I am at.

These labels are based on my personal experiences tracking my mental health patterns, and are meant to be customized to each individual.
